Footballco Joins Forces with Festival of Women’s Football Awards as Official Media Partner

Footballco has been announced as a media partner for the inaugural Festival of Women’s Football Awards, which are coming to London on April 23 to shine a spotlight on women’s footballers, grassroots heroes, and the entire women’s football community.

Footballco will cover the event through its dedicated women’s football and culture brand INDIVISA as well as global football brand, GOAL. Across our brands, we will combine fun red carpet video content and exclusive access with detailed coverage of the event and the award winners.

Fabiola Wilcox, VP of Marketing and Communications at Footballco said: “Growth of women’s football has been tremendous over recent years and while credit can rightly go to the players on the pitch, there’s an array of talent up and down the football pyramid and across brands and media that has helped to drive it.

“INDIVSA is dedicated to celebrating the women’s game at all levels and we’re excited to show that support by partnering with the Festival of Women’s Football Awards.

“Not only will we be shining a light on the people behind the game, but we will also be doing what we do best by bringing our fans closer to the sport they love.”

Jeremy King, CEO of Festival of Women’s Football said: ‘We’re excited about partnering with Footballco to help us promote and amplify the amazing work that is happening in Women’s football to help encourage more brands to do similar.

“It’s one of the fastest growing industries in the country, and the programme is determined to help drive systemic change and drive greater investment in the sector, and with the support of Footballco we believe we can do this to a much larger audience.”
