Roc Nation Sports International includes the likes of Kevin de Bruyne and Andre Silva on its footballing roster and will soon be celebrating its fifth anniversary.

In October last year, the agency acquired Brazilian agency TFM, which added players including Gabriel Martinelli, Endrik, and Vini Jr to its books.

We're talking to Michael about being part of Jay-Z's Roc Nation empire, how the agency differentiates itself and the importance of the Ballon d'Or for Vini Jr. 's career.
